Strategic Growth at Holt Services: An Employee-Owned Company Investing in Our Clients’ Success.

As an employee-owned company, Holt Services Inc. continues to invest strategically in our people, equipment, and capabilities to better serve our clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Building on the strong momentum of 2025, our latest growth initiatives are focused on one goal: delivering an even higher level of service and reliability to the customers who trust us with their projects.

To support this continued growth, Holt Services has expanded both our leadership team and field operations with several key additions.

In late 2025, Jon Root joined Holt Services as Project Manager, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience managing both environmental and geotechnical drilling projects. Soon after, Matt Graham joined the Holt family as Project Manager as well, contributing over 26 years of drilling experience across the Pacific Northwest operating Direct Push, Sonic, Auger, and Mud Rotary equipment. Together, Jon and Matt strengthen our ability to manage complex projects while maintaining responsiveness and technical excellence.

Our field operations have also grown with the addition of experienced driller Chris Peruea and his crew. Chris brings extensive experience operating Auger/Mud and Core, and Sonic rigs. Joining alongside him are licensed driller Isaiah Regland, who plans to transition into rig operation in the near future, and Olo Bactierra as Driller’s Assistant. This experienced and cohesive crew enhances our ability to deliver efficient, high-quality drilling services throughout the region.

In addition to expanding our team, Holt Services continues to invest in equipment to meet growing project demand. Two Mobile B-57 track-mounted rigs are already mobilizing to projects, bringing our Edgewood, Washington headquarters fleet to nine Auger rigs in operation. Company-wide, Holt Services now maintains:

• 14 Auger rigs with mud and core capabilities

• 8 Sonic rigs

• 7 Direct Push rigs

Serving projects across the Pacific Northwest and licensed to drill throughout 13 western states.

These strategic investments reflect how employee ownership drives our decisions. Every project matters because our employees are personally invested in delivering successful outcomes for our clients. Expanding our team and fleet ensures we have the right people, the right equipment, and the right experience to support projects of all sizes.
